General description
Manifold flow control valve are disposable liner flow control valves that are used as an accessory for 12 port or 24 port Visiprep manifolds.
Application
Solid-phase extraction (SPE) experiments were performed using a Visiprep DL disposable-liner solid-phase extraction vacuum manifold with individual flow control valves from Supelco (Bellefonte, PA, USA) which enabled twelve SPE tubes to be dried at a time.
Visiprep™ manifold flow control valve may also be used for solid phase extraction experiments(SPE) in the determination of biogenic amines in wine samples using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detector (HPLC).
