Application
Water, sterile filtered has been used:
- for cloning and plasmid construction.
- for restriction digestion of PCR amplicons in polysaccharide A (PSA) restriction method.
- in RNA isolation.
- fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
- to dilute the samples of CVF (cervicovaginal fluid) and menstrual extracts for testing specificity through reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) amplification of mRNA.
- for DNA quantification using quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR).
