Sodium perchlorate monohydrate along with acetonitrile may be used as a mobile phase in:
  • Determination of methenamine, methenamine mandelate and methenamine hippurate in pharmaceutical preparations using ion-exchange high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
  • Development and validation of RP-HPLC method for the dissolution and assay of etoricoxib in pharmaceutical dosage forms.
  • Determination of nitrate and nitrite by HPLC in human plasma.
