N-tert-Butyldimethylsilyl-N-methyltrifluoroacetamidewith 1% tert-Butyldimethylchlorosilane (TBDMS) is a derivatizing reagentcommonly used in gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-massspectrometry (GC-MS).

Application

MTBSTFA + 1% TBDMSCl can be used as a derivatizing reagentin the analysis of:
  • Organic acid profile in human serum by gaschromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS).
