General description
Blotting nylon provided on a roll is a standard item used in transfer of protein or nucleic acids during Western, Southern and Northern procedures. This membrane is positively charged nylon cast on a polyester support. It comes as a roll sized 0.2m x 3m, and can be cut to any size.
Application
Suitable for:
Protein transfer
Radioactive detection of blotted proteins and nucleic acids
Sensitive dot and slot blots of nucleic acids
Protein transfer
Radioactive detection of blotted proteins and nucleic acids
Sensitive dot and slot blots of nucleic acids
for high-sensitive nucleic acid blotting, dot and lot blots. Particularly suitable for radioactive detection. Suitable for protein transfer and immunoblotting.

Very little is known about the expression patterns in plants of genes that encode proteins involved in the initiation of DNA replication. Partial cDNA sequences that encode Cdc6 and Mcm3 in tobacco have been isolated. The sequences were used as

Ubiquitination of proteins is a critical step in the controlled degradation process of many polypeptides. Here we show that sponges, the simplest multicellular group of eukaryotic organisms, are also equipped with the ubiquitin pathway. The polyubiquitin cDNA was isolated and
