General description
Supelclean™ LC-Si SPE tube is used to extract polar analytes from nonpolar samples.
Application
Supelclean™ LC-Si SPE Tube may be used for the solid-phase extraction of:
- Phospholipids in dairy products prior to their determination by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD).
- Free and esterified sterols in Portuguese olive oils prior to their estimation by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
- Synthetic musks in cream prior to their quantification by GC combined with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS).
- Phospholipids in milk samples prior to their quantification by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) in conjunction with ELSD as well as ion trap-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (IT-TOF MS).
