General description
Application: The incorporation of acid functional groups into the phase lends an acidic character to this column, useful for analyses of volatile acidic compounds. It offers great performance for analyses of glycols. It is the recommended column for ethylene glycol analysis.
USP Code: This column meets USP G25 and G35 requirements.
Phase:
USP Code: This column meets USP G25 and G35 requirements.
Phase:
- Bonded
- Acid-modified poly(ethylene glycol)
- 60 °C to 200 °C (isothermal) or 220 °C (programmed)
Capillary GC column is also known as open tubular column. The carrier gas flows through the central aperture and is unrestricted throughout the length of the column.
Application
The SPB-1000 column is employed for the analysis of non-volatile acids. This column is optimized for separating non-volatile compounds, enabling the detection of a broader range of organic acids in the samples. The SPB-1000 column contributed to the comprehensive profiling of metabolic productsresulting from microbial activity in the gut.
