General description
Corning® 96 Well White Polystyrene Microplate are sterile polystyrene plates with clear, flat, white bottom. It is equipped with non-reversible lids featuring condensation rings to ensure a secure seal. Moreover, the alphanumeric codes help in easy well identification. These microplates are treated to provide optimal cell attachment, promoting successful cell culture experiments.
Application
Corning® 96 Well White Polystyrene Microplate has been used in single-cycle infectivity assays.
Features and Benefits
- Flat, optically clear well bottom with white painted wall plates enables direct microscopic examination
- The presence of condensation rings on non-reversible lids minimizes contamination
- Gamma radiation sterilized and nonpyrogenic in nature
- Presence of opaque walls to avoid crosstalk between wells
- White-colored walled polystyrene microplates boost luminescent signals while reducing fluorescence and background luminescence
- 60% thinner bottoms which allow reading as low as 340nm
- Can be used for well identification due to the presence of Individual alphanumeric codes
- Used as direct microscopic observation due to the presence of a clear well with a flat bottom
- Preferred for optimal cell attachment
- Suitable for the bottom and top reading instruments

Herein, we report the first access of β-elemene derivatives through the SeO2-mediated oxidation reaction. Several new compounds were isolated through such a one-step reaction, and their structures were elucidated using various 2D-NMR techniques. This method provides easy access to multiple
