Application
Saline-Sodium Phosphate-EDTA is used as a hybridization buffer in Northern and Southern blotting. It is also used as a wash buffer in DNA-microarray technique.

Preparation Note
Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 1000 mL of ultrapure water, will yield a 1× solution containing 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM NaH2PO4, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.4 at 25 °C. Contents tested to be DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase free.
Store at room temperature. Product may naturally agglomerate but can be simply broken up within the pouch prior to use.
