Detect Connexin 35/36 using this Anti-Connexin 35/36 Antibody, clone 8F6.2 validated for use in IH.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes perch Connexin 35. Does not cross-react with Connexin 34.7, a very closely related protein. Also recognizes rabbit and macaque Connexin 36, the gene homologue of Connexin 35. Labels gap junctions in retinas of perch, rabbit and macaque in immunohistochemistry.
