General description

TSKgel BioAssist S columns are packed with porous hydrophilic polymer beads which are surface modified with a strong cation exchanger. The resin′s large pores are very accessible even for high molecular weight proteins. This leads to higher chromatographic efficiency and binding capacity for purification. The columns are made of PEEK to reduce protein adsorption.

Physical form

Shipped in 20% Ethanol in 20 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.5).
