General description

Widely considered the premium columns for analyzing biopolymers by GFC, TSKgel SWXL columns feature high pore volume per unit column volume, low sample adsorption and excellent column efficiency, all contributing to unsurpassed sample resolution. With 5μm particles and 250Å pores, TSKgel G3000SWXL is an excellent choice for protein and large peptide separations. The fractionation range is applicable for globular protein samples up to 0.5 million Da.

Application

The TSKgel G3000SWXL columns are used: To separate monoclonal antibodies based on size exclusion.
  • For size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) to analyse PEGylated proteins, such as lysozyme. The column allows separation of different PEGylated isoforms based on their size.
  • To effectively separate and quantify high molecular weight species, oligomers, and monomers of IgG1 and IgG2 antibodies.
  • The columns provided clear resolution and accurate quantification essential for analyzing antibody stability and aggregation behavior.

Physical form

Shipped in 0.05% NaN3 and 0.1 M Na2SO4 in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 6.7.
