General description
Hydrochloric acid is a strong acid, which is generally manufactured by dissolving HCl gas in water. It is largely used in ore processing, food manufacturing, steel pickling and in the production of calcium chloride. It′s a Bronsted acid used in the synthesis of amine salts and chlorides of benzyl, aryl, alkyl, vinyl, and allyl.
Application
Hydrochloric acid can be used:
- In the study of corrosion behavior of aluminum 7075 alloy by electrochemical techniques.
- Along with sodium nitrite for the diazotization of primary amines in the determination of abacavir sulfate and valacyclovir by spectrophotometric method.

Maturation of functional neuronal circuits during central nervous system development relies on sophisticated mechanisms. First, axonal and dendritic growth should reach appropriate targets for correct synapse elaboration. Second, pruning and neuronal death are required to eliminate redundant or inappropriate neuronal
