IA-MS Immunoaffinity Mass Spectrometry Kit - Streptavidin

The Streptavidin IA-MS Immunoaffinity Mass Spectrometry Kit is a 96-well platform enabling robust, high-throughput quantification of proteins in complex backgrounds by LC-MS/MS. Users provide their own biotinylated capture molecule and internal standard (available separately, internal standards may be SIL peptides or preferably full length SIL protein) and the kit contains all other components needed for in-well enrichment and rapid trypsin digestion of samples. The plate format consists of 8-well strips allowing for partial runs, and avoids the high cost and potential LC column blockage associated with bead-based enrichment formats. The entire workflow can be performed in under 5 hours, resulting in digests ready for injection with no SPE or other cleanup required.
