Ce produit est mal métabolisé par l'organisme et il présente une affinité et une biodisponibilité élevées.

Agent anti-inflammatoire du type glucocorticoïde

Agent anti-inflammatoire du type glucocorticoïde. Régule la survie, la croissance et la différenciation des lymphocytes T. Inhibe l′induction de l′oxyde nitrique synthase.

Packaging

Flacon en verre à fond plat. Le produit se trouve dans un micro-insert conique à l'intérieur du flacon.

Physical form

Poudre à 2 °C à 8 °C ; à congeler en aliquotes de travail pour un stockage prolongé ; éviter les congélations/décongélations répétées.

Preparation Note

Pour préparer une solution mère à 20 μg/ml, ajouter un millilitre d'éthanol absolu par milligramme de produit ; mélanger jusqu'à dissolution en faisant délicatement tourner le flacon. Ajouter 49 ml de milieu stérile par millilitre d'éthanol ajouté, sous agitation, pour obtenir une concentration finale de 20 μg/ml.
