General description

Les inserts de culture cellulaire Transwell sont des supports perméables pratiques et faciles d'utilisation, destinés aussi bien à l'étude des lignées de cellules adhérentes que non adhérentes. Ils comportent une fine membrane en polyester de 10 mm transparente au microscope qui est traitée pour la culture tissulaire afin d'optimiser l'adhérence et la croissance des cellules.

Ce produit procure une excellente visibilité cellulaire en microscopie à contraste de phase et permet d'évaluer la viabilité des cellules ainsi que la formation des monocouches.
