PC Membranes are filter membranes possessing smooth and flat surfaces. They consist of track-etched uniform cylindrical pores.

Application

PC Membranes 0.1um has been used to extrude unilamellar liposomes and multilamellar vesicles.

Biochem/physiol Actions

PC Membrane provides fine mechanical properties, chemical stability, and non-auto fluorescent properties. It is extensively used for the identification of various bacteria in immunofluorescent direct count method.
