Ducted Fume Hoods and Enclosures exhuast harmful fume and particulates away from the operators's breathing zone when connected to an inhouse vent system.

Air Science® Purair® Basic Ducted Fume Hoods are designed to protect personnel from exposure to hazardous agents and toxic chemicals in various applications. These hoods are available in several standard sizes and are extremely compact and lightweight. They are built for simplicity and feature a hinged folding front sash. Clear back, sides, and front panels allow ambient light into the chamber and provide users with an unobstructed view of contents. An open base allows easy placement over a variety of equipment or sinks. Optional worksurfaces are also available.

Design Features:

Hinged Front Sash: When closed, the cabinet sash protects the contents from inadvertent external contact and better isolates the air within. The sash is easy to open and close.

Steel Support Frame: The chemical-resistant epoxy coated steel frame adds mechanical strength.

Optional Work Surface: The internal work surface can be fitted with an optional polypropylene tray.

Pass Through Ports: Convenient rear wall passthrough ports for safe routing of instrument cords and cables.

Additional Features:

• 360 Degree Visibility: Clear back and side panels allow ambient light into the chamber and provide users with an unobstructed view of contents.
